I was referred to Kevin in a stressful time when I needed THE answer and quick, and that was exactly what Kevin gave me. He jumped on the phone, without many facts about me or my situation. He was to the point (which I loved and needed) and gave me the help and answers I requested to go forward with assurance I was in good hands.
